Domain Registration Agreement

This agreement is between you (the registrant) and Acme Domains (the reseller), and incorporates the terms of the applicable registry and ICANN.

Accurate WHOIS data

You must provide and maintain accurate registration information. Providing false WHOIS data may result in domain suspension.

Ownership and transfer

You are the registrant of any domain you register. You can transfer your domain to another registrar 60 days after registration or a previous transfer.

Renewals

Domains do not auto-renew unless you enable auto-renew in your dashboard. Expired domains enter the registry redemption period per applicable registry policy.

Dispute resolution

Disputes about domain ownership are handled under the UDRP or applicable dispute policy of the relevant registry.
