Domain registrations and renewals

Domain registrations and renewals are generally non-refundable once submitted to the registry, since fees are paid to the registry immediately. In rare cases where the registration failed, we refund automatically.

Services

SSL, email, DNS, and spam filtering plans are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not consumed the service.
